Annuleringsvoorwaarden De Rusthut

Inleiding
Hartelijk dank voor uw interesse in De Rusthut. Hieronder vindt u onze annuleringsvoorwaarden, die van toepassing zijn op uw reservering. Het is belangrijk deze voorwaarden goed door te lezen om op de hoogte te zijn van de mogelijkheden en gevolgen van het annuleren van uw verblijf.
Voorwaarden
Gelieve annuleringen schriftelijk via e-mail (info@derusthut.nl) doorgegeven.
• Bij annulering binnen 24 uur nadat je boeking is goed gekeurd heb je recht op volledige restitutie van het boekingsbedrag en de borgsom. Heb je ons gemaild maar nog geen reactie ontvangen? Geen zorgen, wij nemen als annuleringsdatum het moment dat je jouw mail naar ons hebt verzonden.
• Bij annulering tot de 42ste dag voor aanvang van het verblijf bedragen de annuleringskosten 30% van de reissom.
• Bij annulering vanaf de 42ste tot de 28ste dag voor aanvang van het verblijf bedragen de annuleringskosten 60% van de reissom.
• Bij annulering vanaf de 28ste dag tot de eerste verblijfsdag bedragen de annuleringskosten 90% van de reissom.
• Bij annulering op de eerste verblijfsdag of later bedragen de annuleringskosten 100% van de reissom.
Indien het reserveringsbedrag vooruitbetaald is, zal De Rusthut het bedrag, na aftrek van de annuleringskosten, binnen 14 dagen aan de gast terugbetalen. Indien het reserveringsbedrag nog niet betaald is, zal De Rusthut de verschuldigde annuleringskosten factureren aan de gast. Betaling van deze factuur dient binnen 14 dagen plaats te vinden.
Verzekering
Vanwege onvoorziene omstandigheden zoals ongelukken of ziekte is het verstandig om een annuleringsverzekering af te sluiten. Bij onverhoopte annulering kunnen de kosten hiervan dan door de verzekering gedekt worden. Gasten zijn zelf verantwoordelijk voor het afsluiten van een annuleringsverzekering en/of reisverzekering. De Rusthut biedt geen annulerings- of reisverzekeringen aan.

Cancellation Policy De Rusthut
Introduction
Thank you for your interest in De Rusthut. Below, you will find our cancellation policy applicable to your reservation. We kindly ask you to carefully review these conditions to understand the options and implications of canceling your stay.
Conditions
Please submit cancellations in writing via email to info@derusthut.nl.
For cancellations made within 24 hours after your booking has been approved, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount and any deposit paid. If you have emailed us but have not yet received a response, don’t worry— we will consider the cancellation date as the moment you sent your email to us.
For cancellations up to the 42nd day before the start of the stay, the cancellation fee is 30% of the total booking amount.
For cancellations from the 42nd to the 28th day before the start of the stay, the cancellation fee is 60% of the total booking amount.
For cancellations from the 28th day until the first day of the stay, the cancellation fee is 90% of the total booking amount.
For cancellations on the first day of the stay or later, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total booking amount.
If the reservation amount has been paid in advance, De Rusthut will refund the amount, after deducting the applicable cancellation fees, within 14 days. If the reservation amount has not yet been paid, De Rusthut will invoice the guest for the applicable cancellation fees. Payment of this invoice must be made within 14 days.
Insurance
Due to unforeseen circumstances such as accidents or illness, we recommend taking out cancellation insurance. In the event of an unexpected cancellation, the costs may be covered by the insurance. Guests are responsible for arranging their own cancellation and/or travel insurance. De Rusthut does not offer cancellation or travel insurance.
